Our boys this week

Logan has a new Fall hat thanks to my Mom. He looks so cute in it!
Logan also had his first fun with chalk. He is an artist. ;)
Then he played some football with Daddy. (He ran around and threw Keith the ball, we are still working on catching) Our cutie pie!
Everett is growing, growing, growing! He is wearing 3-6 month size clothes already.

Everett is cooing and smiling! His smiles make us smile. :)

This is how our trip to Target ended. Everett sleeping in Grandmas arms.

Pumpkin Patch - Take 2!

This past weekend we took the fam to a Pumpkin Patch in WI, the Smith pumpkin farm.  The weather was perfect, high 60s and sunny blue skies. My parents came along for the adventure. Logan was so excited to see all the pumpkins. There was a bubble machine that he got a kick out of, he walked on bales of hay, and saw a tractor! Everett slept most of the trip. Overall, a great day.We took so many cute pictures, Enjoy!

Pumpkin Muffins

Last Fall my Mom shared a Pumpkin Muffin recipe with me that is the EASIEST recipe you will ever try. So, easy and tasty that I had to share... Let me know if you try it!

Muffin:
1 1/2 cup  all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup  butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup  canned pumpkin
  teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 egg

Crumble:
1/4 flour
1/4 brown sugar
2 tablespoons of butter
Heat oven 400. Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups.  Mix all ingredients just until flour is moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Divide batter into cups about 2/3 full. Sprinkle crumble on top before baking.
Bake 18 - 20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. 1 dozen muffins.

Eating Blueberries
Grandpa Love

Forever Young

Uncle Mark gave Logan the book Forever Young last Christmas. He has rediscovered it over the last month and LOVES it. The words are to the Bob Dylan song, Forever Young. Logan could look at the illustrations over and over and find something new to show me and talk about. It's amazing the detail he sees now.

" May you build a ladder to the stars and climb on every rung" - Bob Dylan

I can't help it...

I have been thinking about looking at pictures of Logan and Everett side by side since Everett was born. I got to take a few minutes today and find a few to compare. In these pictures Logan is about 2 1/2 months and Everett had just turned 2 months. They look like bros to me!
