Pumpkin Muffins

Last Fall my Mom shared a Pumpkin Muffin recipe with me that is the EASIEST recipe you will ever try. So, easy and tasty that I had to share... Let me know if you try it!

Muffin:
1 1/2 cup  all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup  butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup  canned pumpkin
  teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 egg

Crumble:
1/4 flour
1/4 brown sugar
2 tablespoons of butter
Heat oven 400. Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups.  Mix all ingredients just until flour is moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Divide batter into cups about 2/3 full. Sprinkle crumble on top before baking.
Bake 18 - 20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. 1 dozen muffins.

These look wonderful! Thank you for sharing the recipe. My kids love when I bake with pumpkin (though I can't stand it) so I'm always on the lookout for new recipes!
